Reclaim Leadership:
Pastor Recalibration

Rediscover Your Calling and Reignite the Passion to Pursue It… One day away along with Post-Retreat Coaching to keep you focused and encouraged.

Reclaim Leadership’s Pastor Recalibration begins with a one-day retreat taking a Leader out of the familiar into an environment free from clamoring attentions…if only for a day! The focused, intentional retreat is time for a series of reality checks about life, calling, and ministry. Each retreat is individualized as the first step of an 8 week recalibration process tailored to encourage healthy personal ministry.

Team Recalibration

Lack of mission and vision threatens to devastate what God has designed. At your location, we give thoughtful, objective input to your specific field of service to provide insight on the health and strength of your Elder, Deacon, and Ministry Leadership Teams. We are available to come alongside and assist in fostering healthy team dynamics with a God honoring process.

The Ministry Team Recalibration of Reclaim Leadership provides assessment of the effectiveness of your leadership team in pursuing your mission. Additionally, we partner with individuals trained through the Institute for Christian Conciliation; a division of Peacemaker Ministries, Inc. We are experienced in Pastor to Pastor Conflict, Governing Board Conflict, Ministry Marriage Conflict, Congregational Conflict, Forced Termination, and Church Staff Conflict..

Reclaim Leadership:
Church Recalibration

Restoring the Witness of Christ in Communities where congregations are grieving the failure and dismissal of Pastoral Leadership is the primary purpose of recalibrating churches. Our Core Care process assists in refocusing your church on her mission and intentionality through the pain of crisis.

Reclaim Leadership’s Church Recalibration provides a process for congregational healing after church conflict or crisis. This may include relocation of a terminated leader and their family to a Partnering Church as appropriate. A Core Care plan is established for the leader, their family, and the church. All of which are focused on restoration and recalibration.
