Reclaim Leadership is designed to help ministry leaders REDISCOVER THEIR CALLING, REIGNITE THEIR PASSION, AND RECLAIM THEIR GOD-GIVEN LEADERSHIP ROLES within the body of Christ.

It is suitable for pastors, their families, lay leaders, and church leadership teams.  There are obvious levels of expertise required in order to help this process.  There are significant time commitments required to facilitate that process from initial contact, through identification of crisis, through activities that result in Christ-like wholeness.

Reclaim Leadership seeks to bring this to the body of Christ in such a way that it is never cost prohibitive to an individual or to the local body.   We are therefore operating in faith based on the following assumptions:

• God will not call us to service where He will not supply all of our needs

• God will never ask of us more than we can ask or bear

• Funding is available from denominations, foundations, grants, and giving from the local churches that are benefiting from the establishment of leadership wholeness

• Most church leadership teams are unable to determine the actual COST to the local body that occurs as a result of internal conflict and disconnection

• Love offerings or actual cost coverage could be the most viable means for all of us to step out in faith regarding the healing process

Funding for Reclaim Leadership Service Programs are as follows:

1. Giving from Partnering Churches


2. Giving from Denominational Support Services


3. Acquisition of Grants as applicable to leadership development


4. Individual Gifts, Tithes, and Offerings


5. ‘Per Service’ fee based on results of “Leadership Assessment”


6. Cost sharing of program participants based on NEED and ABILITY TO PAY
