Partnering Churches


Reclaim Leadership seeks a body of believers, making up various sizes and denominational background, who will:

1. Confidentially pray for our teams of mediators as we come alongside Ministry leaders and their congregations...

2. Provide Sanctuary ("safe haven") for discouraged Ministry leaders to sit under your grace filled worship on Sundays with no role except to soak in God's healing Word...

3. Provide Reclaim Leadership access to your facility, as they are available, for "neutral site" mediations and arbitrations...

4. Partner with Reclaim Leadership financially in order for us to reach out to fellow servants struggling in Ministry.  These monies will be the source for scholarships to those ministers unable to financially pay for their retreat, or mediation needs. In addition to helping others, there are a number of services available to churches who partner at different levels:

The “Vision Level” is a church that says "We love the concept of what Reclaim Leadership is doing."  Vision level churches support the ministry at $300 per month and receive:

  • Pastoral Care via Reclaim Leadership's Recalibration Retreat. Pastoral staff, one on one with a Reclaim Leadership team member, one day away, once per calendar year at a location near your field of service.
  • Weekend Peace-full Seminar. This two-day event formatted to fit your church calendar and culture, teaches your congregation how to live at peace in a world full of chaos.

The “Value Level” is a church that says "We see the need for what Reclaim Leadership is doing."  Value level churches support the ministry at $750 per month and receive:

  • Vision Level benefits, PLUS...
  • Option for Sunday Sermon Series on "Handling Conflict Biblically" brought by Pastor Eric Willis.
  • Quarterly staff, elder, deacon consultations. Checkpoints to help maintain a healthy ministry environment in context of relational/organizational peace.

The “Vested Level” is a church that says "We want to actively participate as God transforms leaders through Reclaim Leadership."  Vested level churches support the ministry at $1,500 per month and receive:

  • Vision and Value Level benefits, PLUS...
  • Discounted mediation/arbitration services at 25% for church staff, and members of your congregation.
  • One month of weekly 45 minute telephone coaching sessions for each pastoral staff member with Eric Willis.
  • Annual church-wide consultation to determine peace stability internally and in surrounding community.
