  1. The Sacred Conflict Interactive Workshop

The Sacred Conflict Interactive Workshop is optional and will provide creative, interactive, engaging, personalized, and timely training for ministry leaders and church teams desiring to handle conflict in an honoring, respectful, and mutually encouraging way. This workshop is done in one half-day. This workshop is a leadership development and discipleship training component. It does not bring everyone together for the airing of personal grievances or agendas. The purpose is training in preparation for future conflict.

2. Conflict Redemption

The Conflict Redemption 8-session online course is focused on individual responses and requires weekly work to be journaled and addressed throughout the course. There is no reporting process or turning in homework assignments. The course takes an individual from the general application of principles found in Eric’s book “Sacred Conflict” and applies them to the specific practical needs of your current conflict. The course can be found here. There is an opportunity for one-on-one coaching with Eric as part of the Conflict Redemption process between sessions 3 and 4.

3. Facilitated Conversation

Conflict conversations are the most time and effort-intense service Reclaim Leadership provides. Conversations can span from at least 3-weeks to potentially beyond one year depending on the number of persons involved and the degree to which all involved are willing to engage in the process. Conflict can split churches and ruin ministry leaders. That’s why it is important for conversations to reflect the G.O.S.P.E.L. on which facilitated conversations are built.
