Why R&R Coaching?

Too many leaders operate in survival mode, characterized by a chronic deficit mindset and emotional bankruptcy. Ministry is often treated as a gauntlet to be endured rather than the abundant life promised by Christ. We know that ministry leaders, as spiritual influencers, face significantly higher rates of depression and anxiety than the general population. If we do not move from survival to thriving, the cost is the very mission we serve.

The Methodology

R&R Coaches provide a functional framework for reclaiming Christ’s leadership through the integration of the work found in Rooted & Resilient: A Minister’s Guide to Thrive.  PERMA framework (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Achievement) and the four resilience traits (Gratitude, Hope, Forgiveness, Optimism). R&R Coaches do not merely want to "fix" problems; we want to foster an environment where a healthy ministry leader guides the flock with wisdom and energy.

Anchoring in Eternal Significance over Success: The R&R Coaching Program challenges leaders to redefine achievement by shifting focus from worldly metrics—such as attendance and budget figures—to biblical success, which emphasizes faithfulness, character, and obedience. This eternal perspective allows leaders to find deep meaning and motivation even during "slow" seasons or difficult transitions where external results may be minimal.

Coaching

We offer a coaching program where the cost is suggested. Our policy is to “pay what you can” and our donors off-set the cost.

$175 per session

  • One (1) hour coaching session at convenient intervals for you.

  • Unlimited support texts & emails for the duration of the coaching relationship, and

  • You can end the coaching relationship at any time.
